Ms. Bradford is a partner at the firm as well as the Chair of the Intellectual Property Group.  Her practice focuses on strategic patent portfolio counseling, preparation, and prosecution for high-technology clients.

 

Ms. Bradford spent several years in patent litigation, including both enforcement of patent rights and defense patent infringement allegations.  Ms. Bradford has extensive experience with wireless communication technology, advanced intelligence (AI) systems, medical devices, software, and electronics. 

 

During law school, Ms. Bradford served as an extern for the late Chief Judge Wiley Y. Daniel at the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and was an associate editor on The Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law.  Prior to launching her legal career, Ms. Bradford was a software and applications engineer, focusing on developing and designing software and internet applications.
