Kent Baker is of-counsel with Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger LLP.  Kent's practice includes patent drafting and prosecution, and Freedom-to-Operate analysis in a number of technology areas, which an emphasis on electrical and electro-mechanical inventions.  In addition to his law firm career, Kent served as in-house counsel for major electronics manufacturer where he managed aspects of the company's portfolio across a broad range of products.  Kent has worked with clients in a variety of high-tech fields including:
