James McGlynn is a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.  James drafts and prosecutes patent applications, performs landscape mapping, and provides infringement and validity opinions. 

 

James completed his J.D. at the University of Colorado.  Prior to attending law school James worked for three years as a patent examiner at the USPTO with a focus on gas turbine combustion and controls.  James completed his B.S. in Control Systems Engineering at the United States Naval Academy and his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Houston.
