Jack is a patent agent who joined Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger LLP in 2019 and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  Jack currently handles domestic and foreign patent application preparation and prosecution.  Jack’s practice primarily focuses on telecommunications, electronics, and medical devices.  Before becoming a patent agent, Jack attended the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Jack has broad patent experience including the following technologies:

  • Telecommunication infrastructure and software

  • Radio access networks, mobile phones, and base stations

  • Biomedical systems including magnetoencephalography devices

  • Medical imaging systems

  • Bio-chemical assay technologies

Jack received his Chemical and Biological Engineering degree from the University of Colorado in 2019.
