Tribal Law Paralegal Position Listing
Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger LLP (SRSS) is a mid-size Denver-based firm that has a broad array of practice areas, and it is looking to add a paralegal to its Tribal Law team. Experienced paralegals with 2+ years of experience in Federal Indian Law or are invited to apply. Experience working with Indigenous communities, working in Indian country, or working with tribally related clients is a big plus. The position would be hybrid in nature, with approximately 2 days per week in-office (subject to a lot of flexibility). Part-time or full-time position available.

SRSS is located in Downtown Denver in a beautiful modern office setting, but the firm supports a combination of in-person and remote work. Compensation range is $28.00 - $35.00/hour (approx. $58,000 - $72,000/year if full-time), depending on experience, plus benefits for a full-time position. Benefits include 401K program with firm-matching contributions, as well as firm paid health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, PTO, parking pass or parking stipend, and phone reimbursement.
