Heidi Wuestefeld is an of-counsel technology lawyer at Setter Roche. Heidi’s practice includes trademark prosecution, trademark licensing, software licensing and commercial transactions. Heidi joined Setter Roche in 2017 after serving as in-house counsel to a $2B multinational technology company. During her tenure there, she directed all aspects of the company’s global trademark prosecution and enforcement strategy, in addition to drafting and negotiating multi-million dollar cross-border commercial transactions. Heidi’s goal with every client is to provide solutions that balance business objectives with effective legal strategies. Heidi enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and exploring Denver’s foodie scene.
